How many guests can stay?
The entire four-bedroom house accommodates up to eight registered guests. Each private room accommodates up to two guests.
What spaces are shared with a private-room booking?
Private-room guests share the kitchen, full bathroom, main living room and smaller sitting room. The booked bedroom remains private.
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Contact the local team in advance to request different times.
Are children, pets or visitors allowed?
Children are welcome. Pets, parties, events and unregistered visitors are not permitted.
Is smoking allowed?
No. Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere inside the property.
Does the property have security cameras?
Yes. Exterior cameras monitor outdoor areas for safety. There are no cameras inside the home.

How are door and room codes provided?
Codes are sent only to confirmed guests through a private channel shortly before check-in—never in the public concierge chat. A private-room reservation receives the main-entry code and the code for the assigned room. A whole-house reservation receives the main-entry code and the codes for all four rooms. Every code is changed or retired after checkout before the next guest.

Our direct-booking policy is inspired by familiar short-stay standards and written specifically for Havrenza. The policy displayed when you book becomes part of your reservation.
Full refund when cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation, provided check-in is at least 7 days away.
Full refund of accommodation, cleaning fee and applicable taxes.
50% refund of accommodation. The cleaning fee is refunded in full.
Accommodation is non-refundable. The cleaning fee is refunded if the guest has not checked in.
The guest receives a full refund. We will also assist with alternative dates when possible.
Documented events that prevent or legally prohibit the stay are reviewed for a full or partial refund, regardless of the standard deadlines.
