Accommodation, cleaning fee and applicable refundable taxes are refunded in full.
Three to six days before arrival
Fifty percent of the accommodation charge is refunded. The cleaning fee and applicable refundable taxes are refunded in full.
Less than 72 hours before arrival
The accommodation charge is nonrefundable. The cleaning fee is refunded when the guest has not checked in, along with applicable refundable taxes.
Havrenza cancellation or disruptive events
If Havrenza cancels, the guest receives a full refund. Documented large-scale events that prevent or legally prohibit the stay will be reviewed for a full or partial refund despite the normal deadlines.

Email havrenza@gmail.com, call 201-519-5874 or use the website contact form. A cancellation is complete only when Havrenza sends written confirmation. Eligible refunds are initiated promptly; the guest’s bank or payment provider controls posting time.
