How we use information

• To answer inquiries and provide guest support.
• To receive and manage reservations made through Hostaway.
• To operate the concierge, identify questions that were not resolved and improve Havrenza's verified support information.
• To prevent fraud, protect the property and comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Automated concierge

The Havrenza Concierge uses verified property information and may use an artificial-intelligence service to prepare answers. It is designed to refer uncertain, sensitive or exceptional requests to a person instead of inventing an answer. Concierge conversations may be stored for support, safety and improvement. Do not submit payment-card numbers, passwords or door-access codes in the chat.

Sharing and retention

Information may be shared with service providers that help operate bookings, payments, email, hosting or property services. They may use it only to provide those services. We retain records only as long as reasonably necessary for the reservation, safety, accounting and legal purposes.

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, subject to records we must retain.
